Goodhue County Opioid Settlement

Goodhue County’s Opioid Settlement Advisory Council (OSAC) is seeking grant applications for community-based projects that will be funded by the opioid settlement and will advance OSAC's vision to promote safe and healthy lifestyles through the commitment to prevent opioid abuse and overdose.


Application deadline is Monday, October 13th at 4:30pm. Late applications will not be accepted.


  • Up to $600,000 of Goodhue County’s opioid settlement funding will be distributed through this round of OSAC grants for the period of January 1, 2026-December 31, 2028. Goodhue County’s Opioid Settlement Grants  

  • Approximately $200,000 will be available to allocate each year for a period of three years.
