A former Pine Island Public Schools teacher has pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl at the teacher's Rochester home.
25-year old Lindsey Schneeberger, 24, of Rochester, was a former physical education teacher and 7th grade volleyball coach for Pine Island Middle School, where she met the teenager.
The sexual assaults began when the victim was 13 years old and took place between March and May of last year.
Schneeberger resigned on March 16, 2023. Her sentencing is set for April 1 in Olmsted County Court.
