Emplify Health Grumpy Plunge

Get ready to cheer on the amazing Emplify Health Wabasha team members as they take the plunge, literally this weekend.

This Saturday at 3 pm, the following brave plungers will be diving into the chilly waters at Beach Park for the Grumpy Plunge, part of the fun and festive Grumpy Old Men Festival in Wabasha:

Jared Peterson

Jack Marley

Brianna Frisch

Dr. Spano

Tanya Jumbeck

Registration is from 1 pm to 2:30 pm. Line up is at 2:45 pm.

This year, their jumpers will be wearing red to raise awareness for Heart Health.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the U.S.

Donations can be made online or dropped off at the Wellness Center. When giving online, be sure to select one of their staff members to apply your donation towards:
