Ellsworth Teacher Charged Minor Student

A 23-year old teacher at Ellsworth High School from River Falls was taken into custody by police February 20th on charges of Sex with a Child Age 16 or older and Sexual Assault of a Student by School Staff.

Brandon Fuhrman, the Ellsworth Senior High School Band Instructor, was booked into Pierce County Jail.

According to a letter Superintendent Barry Cain sent to families and staff the day after he was arrested, Fuhrman has been placed on unpaid administrative leave.
