Elder Network, which serves individuals in Wabasha, Winona, and Olmsted Counties, provides services and resources for seniors and caregivers to maintain their physical and mental health, as well as to maintain independence and quality of life.
Bonnie Sandberg, Wabasha Coordinator, says they offer a wide variety of programs, including PEARLS, a treatment program designed to reduce symptoms of depression and improve quality of life among adults aged 60 years and better.
Sandberg says the program consists of six to eight in-home counseling sessions.
