DTMS New Snowflakes

The City of Red Wing is excited that new tinsel snowflakes will soon light up Red Wing's streets and sidewalks.

Eighty new snowflakes are going up this November, thanks to Downtown Main Street's community-wide fundraising campaign, with the local Downtown Philanthropic Collective matching funds raised by residents.

Downtown Main Street Executive Director Andrea Hanson presented the snowflakes to the City Council recently, and going forward, City staff will install, maintain, and store the new lights, as they have in previous years.
