Augustin told the council it help people connect with the natural landscape, the river, and the wildlife.

A grant will be submitted by April 20th and the viewer, which will cost just over 54-hundred dollars, will be purchased by May 31st.

The project is funded by Wings Foundation and Public Works will handle the installation at no cost to the City.
