Carley State Park Bluebell Festival

Carley State Park’s Bluebell Festival, featuring a variety of activities for families and a look at the annual springtime blooms of lovely Virginia Bluebells, is scheduled for this weekend.
The annual event runs from 9 am to 3 pm Saturday at the site four miles south of Plainview at 50366 Wabasha County Road 4.
DNR guided Wildflower walks will start at 9 am, 11 am and 1 pm.
Make a Mother’s Day Card & Kids Nature Scavenger Huntfrom 10:30 am – 12:30 pm. There will be Archery from 1 pm -3 pm.
A valid Minnesota State Park vehicle permit is required to enter Carley State Park. Daily and annual passes are available at the entrance.
The annual festival is sponsored by the Plainview Lions Club and the City of Plainview.
