CARE Clinic Red Wing Public Schools

The CARE Clinic will again provide services at Red Wing Public Schools this spring.

Burnside is up first on Friday, April 11.

Future locations and dates are:

·     Sunnyside Elementary School -- May 2

·     Twin Bluff Middle School - May 9

·     Colvill Family Center - May 16

·     Red Wing High School - May 23

·      

CARE Clinic provides free dental screenings and preventive care at school during regular school hours to qualifying students (uninsured or state-insured and whose families meet certain income guidelines).

If you would like your child to receive dental care, please print and fill out the form and return it to school.
