The Patterson Foundation recently presented C.A.R.E. Clinic in Red Wing with a $10,000 grant to support their clinical staffing.
The clinic is vital to the community as one of the only resources for free and reduced dental care.
The C.A.R.E Clinic also holds Tuesday night free medical and mental health walk-in clinics, complete with a pediatric corner for early dental education and a diabetes prevention program that offers fresh fruits and veggies to visitors.
The nonprofit clinic serves underserved low-income residents of Goodhue County and Lake City.
