Red Wing resident and Universal Music Center student and supporter Joe Bigalke has a new single You’re All That We Need, an inspirational modern day reflection of resurrection and how God sends everyday miracles if we take the time to listen and observe.
The song was inspired by a real life event where the Koenig family of Red Wing were thrown from their stalled fishing boat after colliding with a barge on the Mississippi River.
The family made it safely to shore, but the youngest member of the family, Vincent who had just graduated from Preschool that same morning, was pulled under.
Eight weeks after the boating accident, Vincent was released from inpatient treatment. Physicians informed the Koenigs that Vincent’s condition will continually improve over time, and although he may have a new baseline, his recovery is nothing short of miraculous considering the severity of his injuries.
You’re All That We Need is available on all digital music platforms worldwide via charitable record label Rock the Cause Records.
Per Joe’s wishes proceeds from streams and downloads will benefit Autism Awareness and Traumatic Brain Injury Causes.
