Minnesota's oldest winery is getting new owners.
The sale of the Alexis Bailly Vineyard in Hastings was announced on Facebook Tuesday.
The winery was founded in 1973 and has been run by Nan Bailly since 1990.
Bailly is sticking around to help the new owners through the transition period.
The winery is also planning an event to honor Nan Bailly sometime early next year.
