Red Wing Juneteenth & Pride

The community is invited to celebrate Juneteenth in the City of Red Wing tomorrow from 2 – 6 p.m. at the Central Park Band Shell and Red Wing Pride on Saturday.

Juneteenth is being hosted by the Black Student Union with support from Riseup Partnership. Everyone is welcome to the city’s celebration of the abolition of slavery in America.

• Free meal and snacks for attendees

• Live DJ and music

• Black-owned business vendor tents

• Barber shop experience

• Face painting and family-friendly activities

• Dunk tank

• Tie-dye shirt station

• Additional activities and experiences for all ages

Saturday, it’s Red Wing Pride from noon to 4 pm. Join in at the Central Park Band Shell for an afternoon of celebration, connection, and community.

Hosted by Red Wing Pride and RiseUp Partnership’s ASPIRE Program (Authentic Student Pride through Individuality, Respect, and Education), this event creates a safe, inclusive space for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, families, and allies.
