MSC SE 2026 Action Plan Seal

Minnesota State College Southeast has been awarded the 2026 Highly Established Action Plan Seal by @allintovote.

MSC SE’s exemplary nonpartisan campus action plan has been recognized as one of the best in the country.

ALL IN has developed this seal of recognition for higher education institutions with strong action plans to increase nonpartisan democratic engagement by promoting civic learning, political engagement, and college student voter participation.
