Goodhue County Habitat for Humanity is thrilled to announce the success of its 3rd annual Spring has Sprung fundraiser, held Tuesday at The Skyroom at the Red Wing Golf Course.
The event brought together community members, sponsors, and volunteers to support Habitat's mission of providing safe and affordable housing opportunities for local families.
Habitat was honored to receive overwhelming support from our Goodhue County community, with over $92,000 raised.
Looking ahead, Goodhue County Habitat for Humanity is committed to continuing its efforts to address the critical need for affordable housing in our community.
Habitat is excited to announce plans for their first twin home build in Red Wing, a Veteran's build in Lake City, the development of HOPE Heights, a promising project that will offer affordable homeownership to 23 families and nurturing two home construction classes in the Goodhue and Kenyon-Wanamingo high schools.
