Goodhue Public Schools Referendum

Goodhue Public Schools is considering an operating referendum to address a budget gap caused by rising costs and growing needs. 

• Election Day: November 4, 2025 (Noon–8:00 p.m.)

• Polling Place: Goodhue Lions Community Center, 105 Broadway St, Goodhue, MN 55027

• Early/Absentee Voting: Starts Friday, September 19^th

Goodhue Public Schools has proposed to increase its general education revenue by $800 per pupil.

The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be effective beginning with taxes payable in 2026 and would be applicable for ten (10) years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law.

There will be public meetings held at 7 pm in Gym #1 on September 24^th, and October 6^th and 22^nd.
