Goodhue County has begun the process of updating the 2016 Comprehensive Plan.
The County is requesting input from County stakeholders (property owners, business owners, and residents) to identify issues of importance to them.
The Comprehensive plan focuses on providing guidelines on growth management, land use changes, and management of land and water resources in the County.
This plan centers on land uses and regulations outside City limits; however, its implementation will impact all of Goodhue County.

The survey closes May 31st, 2024.
