Starting this morning, West Fourth Street between Plum Street and Bush Street in Red Wing will be closed to allow the contractor to install a new sanitary sewer and water service into a new apartment building, along with some storm sewer construction.
This work is anticipated to be completed by Friday afternoon, May 31, and fully reopened to traffic with a temporary gravel patch.
Final paving will be performed at a later date. There will be detour signage.
