During the February meeting, the The City of Wabasha Utilities Commission voted unanimously to increase water and sewer rates by 4% starting in February 2025.
The recommendation came from the city financial advisor Mike Bubany to continue doing steady gradual increases to allow the Utilities Commission to plan and prepare for upcoming projects, future improvements or necessary repairs of the infrastructure.
Customers will see these increases reflected on their utility bills starting in February
