The Wabasha Kellogg Area Community Foundation recently donated $3,000 and worked with Wabasha Main Street and the Food Shelf, to accomplish the “Community Roots” Mural on the side of the new Wabasha Food Share building.
The Mural is being painted by local artist, Sue Mundy and hopes to be completed in early September.
Several Local Groups, along with many local volunteers have made this project possible. You are invited to come by the Food Shelf building at 142 2nd Street West (across from the Wabasha Public Library) and check out the progress.
