Wabasha County Public Health will be offering a Moderna COVID-19 Booster Clinic Wednesday, December 1, from 3:30-6 pm at the Public Health office (411 Hiawatha Drive East, Wabasha).
Adults age 18 and older are now recommended to get a COVID-19 booster if it’s been at least six months since you received your last dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or at least two months since your Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
**You MUST bring your COVID-19 vaccination card or immunization record with to your booster shot appointment to verify initial dose(s) received. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Plan for your appointment to last approximately 30 minutes for screening, vaccination and minimum 15 minute observation.
Reminder to answer “No Insurance” to the insurance question; we will not be billing or collecting that data.
