Teen Helping Kids Succeed Summer C.A.M.P. (Communications and Marketing Program) in Hastings is back again this summer.
The unique program for teens is a part of United Way of Hastings helping kids succeed initiative that helps build healthy webs of support.
Students entering 10-12th grades and identified as “emerging leaders” have been invited to participate in this hands-on internship.
They’ll learn marketing and communications principles, create marketing content, network with community leaders, and explore career possibilities.
Students who get the most from this experience are those interested in marketing or have a creative mindset, are developing an awareness of youth/school/community issues, want to practice presentation skills, and are reliable.
C.A.M.P. will run from Fridays, 10 am – noon, from June 23 to August 11.
