The Vikings are pairing Justin Jefferson up with another first-round wide receiver. The Vikings selected USC wide out Jordan Addison with the 23rd selection in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft yesterday. Addison caught 59 passes for 875 yards and eight touchdowns in 11 games with the Trojans in 2022. Minnesota did not move up or down in the draft, so their only scheduled pick for today is the 87th overall selection. They will have three picks on the final day of the draft tomorrow.

The Twins hit a pair of home runs during a 7-1 win over the Kansas City Royals at Target Field. Byron Buxton and Carlos Correa went back-to-back in the bottom of the fourth to break the game open. Brock Stewart earned the win in relief after Tyler Mahle left the game after the fourth inning with an injury. The Twins have won four of their last five games. They're in first place in the AL Central at 15-and-11, and they send Pablo Lopez to the mound against Kansas City tonight. In other club news, Minnesota activated relief pitcher Josh Winder from the 15-day injured list yesterday. Listen on KWNG & WBHA at 2:30 pm 1st pitch at 3:10 pm.

The Wild will try to stave off elimination when they host the Dallas Stars in Game Six of the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs at the Xcel Energy Center tonight. The Wild have lost the last two games of the best-of-seven series to fall behind three-games-to-two. If they win tonight, Game Seven will be played in Dallas on Sunday.

The Packers added an impact defensive player in round one of the NFL draft. The team selected Lukas Van Ness with the 13th overall pick. The Iowa edge rusher had six-and-a-half sacks last season to go with 11 tackles for loss. Green Bay has picks number-42 and 45 in the second round and 78-overall in round three. Those rounds take place tonight. Rounds four-through-seven begin tomorrow. The team has a pick in each round along with four selections in round seven.

The Brewers open a three-game series against the Angels in Milwaukee tonight. The team salvaged its last series against the Tigers and sits at 16-and-9 on the season. The Brew Crew are second in the NL Central and trail the division leading Pirates by a game-and-a-half. Wade Miley gets the start tonight while LA counters with Tyler Anderson.

Mike Budenholzer is unlikely to return as the Bucks' head coach. That's according to ESPN's Zach Lowe, who said league insiders are "skeptical" of Budenholzer returning to the team next season. He said, "He has two years left. I just don't see any coming back from it. It's just logic." Shams Charania [[ sha-rah-nee-ah ]] of the Athletic said the coach's status is "very much shaky" heading into next season. The Bucks lost to the eighth-seeded Heat in five games.
