Shades of Sherwood Campground Fire

The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report Wednesday around 4:14 pm, of a fire at Shades of Sherwood Campground, 14334 Sherwood Trail, Zumbrota.

When deputies arrived on scene, they found six campers sustained damage.

There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.

The Zumbrota and Wanamingo Fire Departments and the Zumbrota Police Department assisted at the scene.

The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office will be investigating the incident.
