SEMMCHRA Proposals

The Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) is now seeking proposals for services from qualified and licensed vendors for lead and radon risk assessments and clearances related to owner-occupied rehabilitation projects.
The communities being served for 2025 include: St. Charles, Kasson, West Concord, Claremont, Goodhue, Dennison, Cannon Falls, Mazeppa, Rollingstone, Altura, Pine Island, Zumbrota and Mantorville.
Proposals will be accepted through Friday, July 25th.
