The City of Red Wing is informing the community there will be a road closure for Street Reconstruction starting this morning from West Avenue between Lidberg Street and Wilkie Street.
The closure is to allow Xcel Energy to install a new gas service. This work is anticipated to last two days. Please follow the detour signage.
