Red Wing Youth Outreach is looking for age 21+ adults who are interested in mentoring youth in grades 5-12.
Jenna Collins, Mentoring Coordinator, says they work with youth learning to overcome the challenges life has thrown at them.
Collins says studies show that the number one predictor of success for a youth is having a caring adult that is not a family member in their life and mentors enjoy various activities with the kids.
