Red Wing HRA Development Loans

If you own rental or commercial property in Red Wing, the Red Wing Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) wants to hear from you.

The Small Cities Development Program (SCDP) could provide loans, often forgivable, for building repairs and improvements, but to make a compelling case for receiving funds from the program, the HRA first needs to establish local interest.

While funding isn't guaranteed, your responses could go a long way toward making it possible.
