Red Wing Holiday Greens Disposal

If you are looking to take down of your Christmas trees and wreaths you can head to the City of Red Wing's Waste Campus at 1873 Bench St. for free disposal.

From now until Saturday, January 17, the Waste Campus will accept your holiday greens during open hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am.to 5 pm and Saturday, 7 am to 1 pm.

Make sure to remove any metal or wire first to qualify for free disposal.

If you prefer to have your tree picked up curbside, for a donation of $5 or more, the Red Wing Lions Club is offering tree pickup on Saturday, January 10th and Saturday, 17th.

To participate, send a check and note specifying when your tree will be on the curb to the Lions Club c/o Brad Wronksi at 312 East Sixth Street, Red Wing.
