The community is invited to the Red Wing Fire Department Fire Prevention Week Open House on from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 12.

Stop by Fire Station 1 (420 Plum St.) to:

• View fire trucks and ambulances

• Learn about fire safety and common household fire hazards

• Tour the station

• Visit with Firefighter/Paramedics and Paid On Call Firefighters

• Meet Sparky the Fire Dog and more.
