Red Wing Fire Department Open House
The community is invited to the Red Wing Fire Department Fire Prevention Week Open House at Fire Station 1, 420 Plum Street, from 11 am to 2 pm on Sunday, October 11.
Explore fire equipment, hang out with firefighters and Sparky the Fire Dog, and learn about this year's theme "Charge Into Fire Safety: Safe Charging is a Superpower."
It’s a fun free family event.
Tour the station, view fire trucks, look at ambulances and learn about the equipment they carry, take a peek at their drone, learn about fire safety and common household fire hazards, watch fire demonstrations and enjoy light refreshments.
The annual open house is always the weekend following Fire Prevention Week, October 4th -10th this year.
