Red Wing ELC No Child Left Inside Grant

The Red Wing Environmental Learning Center recently learned that it was selected, to receive a grant from the MN DNR.

This grant is call "No Child Left Inside".

Executive Director, Jason Jech, says the ELC will work with Hispanic Outreach of Goodhue County, Red Wing Youth Outreach and others to create opportunities for area youth to learn about, appreciate and embrace the local resources and activities in Minnesota.

Jech says he’s happy that getting kids outdoors has become more of a priority and making programs and activities affordable for everyone.
