Red Wing Downtown Main Street New Leadership

Andrea Hanson is excited about her new role she assumed early last month as the new Executive Director of Red Wing Downtown Main Street.

Megan Tsui, who has led the organization as ED since 2017, will transition into a new role as Senior Strategy Consultant, focusing on strategic partnerships and long-term planning.

Tsui says Hanson was a natural fit for the position as a downtown business owner and her experience with the group already, including being a past DTMS Board Member and former Chair of the Business Development Committee.

Hanson says she wasn’t looking for the change but is happy to step into the role with passion.

Hanson was named Retail Mentor of the Year last year by the Minnesota Retail Association due to her extensive experience in business development and a deep commitment to downtown revitalization.
