At last months Plainview’s Economic Development Authority meeting EDA Board goals and opportunities for 2025 were discussed as Trisha Hess of Chatfield-based Community and Economic Development Associates (CEDA) assumes the role of Plainview’s EDA Director.

The Plainview News reports Hess reviewed the 2025 CEDA Work Plan, which will help give guidance for herself and the EDA committee.

Aaron Luckstein was appointed to a six-year term with the EDA Commission.

His term will expire Dec. 31, 2031.

Luckstein, a former Plainview mayor, was an EDA Board member from 2021-2024 as a City Council representative.
