MSC Southeast September Events

This academic year, Minnesota State College Southeast is celebrating a double anniversary, 50 years in Red Wing and 75 years in Winona, and the community is invited to attend several events this month.


All events will be held at Minnesota State College Southeast, 308 Pioneer Road, Red Wing. Admission is free and open to the public; all ages are welcome.


Wednesday, September 20, from noon-1 pm, in Room 101, it’s a History Break with Goodhue County Historical Society. Learn about the history of higher education in Red Wing. Bring your own lunch, or purchase lunch on campus from PicNick’s. No RSVP necessary.

Two events are scheduled for Friday, September 29th.


From 11 am to 1:30 pm, it’s Lunch with the Eagles, in the Campus Student Commons. Enjoy a complimentary taco buffet lunch catered by PicNick’s and meet a live eagle from the National Eagle Center. RSVP appreciated.


From 4- 7 pm Friday, September 29, it’s the Alumni & Friends Mixer in the Campus Student Commons. Live music from 4-6, Open Mic and college literary book release party from 6-7. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served and RSVP appreciated.
