MSC Southeast Red Wing College Promise Results

Minnesota State College Southeast and partners, the Jones Family Foundation, is excited about the Red Wing College Promise and so far, it’s been popular.

MSC Southeast President, Dr. Marsha Danielson, says the program guarantees access to a college education at MSC Southeast, both campuses and online, to every qualifying student.

Danielson says they they are already seeing a positive response. She says the College Opportunity Program, funded by Winona area businesses and individuals, is a hit as well.

Danielson says a state run free tuition program, North Star Promise, is coming this fall is open to everyone who qualifies under the income guidlines.
