Minnesota State College Southeast in Red Wing invited faculty, students, and alumni to the official launch of a new branding and identity campaign Thursday.
Â
Jennifer Hawkins, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, says the fresh look and approach was made possible by being awarded $100,000 from the Lumina Foundation’s Million Dollar Community College Challenge, meant to support brand building and strategic marketing efforts.
Â
The new logo does not include the eagle that was on all their previous marketing efforts. Hawkins says, instead it reinforces the Southest in MSC Southeast
Â
MSC Southeast President, Marsha Danielson, says the fresh look better reflects the energy at the Red Wing and Winona campuses and everything they offer.
