Millville Man Guilty of Rape

A  40-year old Millville man has pleaded guilty to raping a girl under the age of 16, according to KTTC.com.

Jesse Tesmer pleaded guilty to two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct in Wabasha County Court.

He accepted a plea deal before the case went to trial. Tesmer faces up to 30 years in prison and will be sentenced in January.

Court records show that sexual abuse occurred on multiple occasions from 2022 to 2024.

Tesmer is being held in the Wabasha County Jail.
