Three Rivers Community Action will be canceling meals on wheels today for the following communities in Goodhue and Wabasha County due to the extreme cold temperatures:
Cannon Falls
Goodhue
Kenyon
Pine Island
Mazeppa
Wabasha
Wanamingo
Zumbrota
