Minnesota Frost forward Taylor Heise (Lake City, MN) has been named to the 2025-26 PWHL First Team All Star squad.
Joining Heise on the First Team are Frost Teammate and PWHL Forward Of The Year Kelly Pannek and forward Brianne Jenner of Ottawa. First Team defense selections include Sophie Jacques of Vancouver and Megan Keller of Boston. Keller scored the Gold Medal winning goal in overtime on an assist from Heise in February against rival Canada in Milan-Cortina, Italy. Aerin Frankel of Boston was the First Team goaltender.
Heise had a career high 30 points (13 G-17 A) in 30 games for the Frost in the regular season.
Heise was the first overall draft pick by the Frost in the inaugural PWHL draft in 2023.
She has two Walter Cup titles with the Frost and was named the playoff MVP in 2023-24. Heise won the Patty Kazmaier award as the top college player in 2022 while with The Minnesota Golden Gophers and won the Ms. Minnesota award as the top girls senior high school hockey player with the Red Wing Wingers in 2018. Heise also is a three time U18 Team USA world champion and a two time Team USA IIHF world champion in 2023 and 2025.
