Lake City Y-Knot Tri Weekend

The deadline is past to register online for the annual Lake City Triathlon which takes place on Saturday.

Heather Thomas, Executive Director for the Lake City Chamber of Commerce, says you can come down to Ohuta Park today or Saturday morning to register in person.

Thomas says you are invited to join them at Ohuta Park for the 5^th annual Y-Knot Tri, to paddle, bike and run your way through a fun course.

Thomas says after the Triathlon, gather at Ohuta for live music, food and beverages.

The event consists of a 2.5 mile paddle on beautiful Lake Pepin, a 14 mile bike ride out and back from Ohuta Beach Park and a 5K run along the lake front.
