People using the Hwy 63 Eisenhower Bridge of Valor at Red Wing will encounter a closed walkway and short-term daytime traffic delays starting Tuesday October 19 through Saturday, October 23, as crews do touch-up work on the bridge railings, according to the Minnesota and Wisconsin departments of transportation.
The work will involve painting and minor repairs on select railing areas. Motorists will be briefly stopped by flaggers to ensure the crews have a safe work zone. Short traffic delays are expected during the daytime work hours.
