Goodhue County Board Budget and Levy

The Goodhue County Board held their Truth-in-Taxation hearing on December 3rd and they are scheduled to approve the  2025 budget and levy at the Tuesday, December 17 meeting.

The County Board has set a $93.6 million budget and a 3.49% tax levy increase for 2025. 

The 5 Year Compound Annual Growth Rate of Levy is 4.21%.

The 2025 proposed budget is $93,616,249 and proposed levy is $45,315,975, a reduction of over $409,000 of the peliminary levy approved in September.

According to Goodhue County, a median market-valued home of $287,600 the taxes will increase by $58 next year.
