The upcoming Freshly Painted Art Auction on Friday, November 19th is being hosted in partnership with Red Wing Arts and the Sheldon Theatre.
Sarah Lindner, Community Relations & Philanthropy Director for United Way of Goodhue, Wabasha, and Pierce Counties, says all the proceeds will benefit the United Way’s strategic funding initiative to help solve local homelessness. Lindner says it will be fun to be able to gather safely in person in the LaGrange Parking lot.
Lindner says a total of 10 artists created 18 unique art pieces with a common theme of home.
Lindner says the $20 raffle items assembled are pretty awesome, including the top prize package.
The Freshly Painted Art Auction on Friday will be in the LaGrange Parking lot, complete with heaters, and, in addition to the art auction, there will be a mobile bar and a food truck on site. Restrooms are available across the street.
