Demolition activity at 1407 W. Fourth St. – the former Professional and Community Center and St. John’s Hospital – is now complete, and concrete restoration of sidewalks and curbs is scheduled to finish in April.
Mayo Clinic Health System will move forward with selling its property at 1407 W. Fourth St. on the open real estate market at the beginning of this month.
The lot will be sold in its entirety; there will be no zoning changes to subdivide the land before sale.
