Feils Oil Company Merger

Feils Oil Company, which delivered gas and diesel fuel, lubricant oils and propane tank services in Plainview and the area since 1972, has merged with Onalaska, Wis.based Consolidated Energy Company.
The Plainview News reports Consolidated has retained Feils Oil’s existing offices, locations, and employees.
Brothers Joe, John, and Tom Feils continue to manage the Plainview-area business and service accounts.
Feils Oil delivered about 6 million gallons of fuel per year in a service area which included Wabasha, Olmsted, Goodhue and Winona counties, and five Wisconsin counties.
