Elgin Burglary Third Suspect

The third suspect in a burglary in the 11000 block of County Road 128 Northeast, in Elgin, has been arrested.

On Friday, September 18th, around 7 am, Olmsted County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress.

Deputies took two suspects into custody, 46-year old Aaron Anderson, from Rochester, and 36-year old Danielle Calhoun, also from Rochester.

On Monday, Olmsted County Sheriff deputies arrested 45-year Dustin Devries, of Iowa.

Charges were referred to the County Attorney's Office for 3rd Degree Burglary.

All three suspects are being held in the  Olmsted County Adult Detention Center.
