Early Childhood Family Education Parents Nights

Early Childhood Family Education in Red Wing will hold two free parent nights before the calendar year ends.

On Monday, November 20, from 5:45-7:15 pm, it’s Family Mental Health Awareness: Helping Your Family with Life.

This parent-night topic focuses on mental health for children and families, when to reach out for more support, how to get help with work/life balance, and how to share responsibilities. Guest speaker Kaitlyn Brisson is a mental health therapist from Foundations Mental Health in Red Wing Class: 1534-23F1

On Tuesday, December 19, from 5:45-7:15 pm, it’s Social & Emotional Learning: The Power of Safety, Connection and Problem-Solving.

Come join us to learn skills you can use daily to create a safe, connected, problem-solving environment for your child. This parent-night topic is based on the concepts of Conscious Discipline including social and emotional learning, discipline, and self-regulation. Class: 1534-23F2

Supper and childcare are provided for both parent nights and the district asks you to register all children and adults.

To register, call 651-385-8000 Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Registration is on-going until classes fill.
