City of Red Wing Airport Project

The City of Red Wing has set a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 8.0% for the FY2026/27/28 Airport Improvement Projects which are funded, at least in part, by Federal grant(s).

The goal and rationale are available for inspection during normal business hours at the Red Wing Regional Airport, 229 Tyler Road North, Red Wing, MN 55066, until September 1, 2025.

The City of Red Wing and the US Department of Transportation will accept comments on the DBE construction goal until September 16, 2025, at the above address for the Authority and at:
