Christmas Lights and Cords Disposal

The City of Red Wing’s Solid Waste Campus will be accepting Christmas lights and old extension cords at no charge during the holiday season.

Residents and businesses can drop off holiday lights and extension cords at the special drop-off location located in front of the office at the Solid Waste Campus, 1873 Bench Street.

The drop off will continue through January 10, 2026.
